Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, developing business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM to track sales activities and performance
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in technology sales or related field
- Strong ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer needs
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
- Ability to manage and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and solutions
