YOUR DAY AS AN ASSISTANT PROJECT COORDINATOR
As our Assistant Project Coordinator, you're the wizard behind the curtain, making sure everything from décor orders to team communications is spot on. Your day-to-day includes handling calls and emails, whipping up meetings for our Interior Designer and Project Managers, and keeping all our project details neat. You keep everyone in the loop and on track-ensuring no detail is missed, ever. It's about being the glue that holds our project pieces together!
REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ASSISTANT PROJECT COORDINATOR
Are you good at prioritizing multiple tasks? Do you have a positive and proactive attitude? Can you work well both independently and with a team? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position! We also require:

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of administrative assistant or office management experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of interior design or theming
