Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, providing administrative support across various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excell for basic accounting tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform general office duties such as filing, proofreading, and data entry
- Answer phones professionally and direct calls as necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for accounting tasks
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical tasks
- Excellent file management skills for organizing documents efficiently
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Professional phone etiquette with clear communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities for calendar management
