Service Technician
This is a full-time delivery driver position with a required commitment of 40 hours per week. This position is considered “at-will”, and should not be considered a contracted or guaranteed position. Applicants must be able to lift 25 lbs, without stress or strain. Reports directly to the Territory Manager and Big Island Account Manager. *This position will require proof of vaccinations including proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Qualifications
◻ Previous experience in a warehouse setting in the HME industry is preferred
◻ Must be able to demonstrate good time management and organizational skills
◻ Must have interpersonal skills and professionalism in presentation and speech to respectfully communicate with patients, client staff, co-workers, and management.
◻ Must meet and maintain the ethics and standards of conduct and other requirements of all accrediting organizations, governance, and business relationships that we do business with now and in the future.
◻ High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to develop and learn Service Technician-specific skills employed in our industry, including but not limited to:
◻ Must be a team player, able to take direction and complete tasks in a timely efficient manner.
◻ Must be customer service oriented. This is not a drop-off position, the driver must interact with clients and respond accordingly.
◻ Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driver abstract with no suspensions or major infractions in the past 10 years.
◻ Maintain a vehicle and ensure all vehicle logs are updated and maintained.
◻ Must be able to accurately count, replace, and log items at each inventory location.
◻ Become knowledgeable about our inventory and be able to adequately respond to any questions or concerns regarding our products..
◻ Must be clean and courteous. At times, you will enter the homes of clients to drop off or retrieve equipment. It is imperative that all health and safety guidelines are strictly followed.
◻ Process, scan, and upload documents into our inventory system before the end of day.
◻ Assist with the packing and drop off of Wound Care items.
◻ Assist in the warehouse as needed.
◻ Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
