Diverse Construction is a Tier 1 general contractor in the telecommunications construction industry, family-oriented team with less than 100 employees.
We are currently looking for a Civil Construction Laborer, required to Travel.
In this role, you'll be performing general laborer duties in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be experienced in general civil work.

Responsibilities
- Perform general laborer duties producing quality work safely
- Able to take directions from foremen or superintendent and complete tasks
- Able to read and communicate effectively with fellow employees and supervisors
- Able to provide ground direction to equipment operators to OSHA standards
- Maintain equipment – perform basic daily maintenance and inspection
- Ability to communicate and work within a team structure
- Able to work under extreme conditions including weather
- Ability to function at the highest levels while wearing Personal Protective Equipment required on construction projects
Qualifications
- 1- 3 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Experience using personnel protective equipment
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Excellent Oral, written, and listening skills
- Reading blue prints a plus but not required.
- As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Compensation
$18.00 - $25.00 hourly
