**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Aide to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering medications to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. **Duties:** - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare provider - Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications - Document medication administration and resident progress accurately - Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed - Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents **Skills:** - Proficiency in senior care and memory care practices - Knowledge of catheter care, acute care, and hospice care procedures - Ability to operate medication dispensing systems effectively - Experience with vital signs monitoring and tube feeding protocols - Strong communication skills to interact with residents, families, and healthcare team members - Previous experience in assisted living facilities is preferred This position offers the opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where you can make a difference in the lives of residents.
