ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for a FULL-TIME passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is eager to advance their career in applied behavior analysis (ABA) by obtaining their BCBA certification seeking a new career start. You will work directly with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet weekly billable and productivity requirements - 20 hour week 1-1 direct billable and 20 hour week non direct billable for full-time employment.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect data on client progress and behavior to assist in treatment planning.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Provide feedback and support to clients and their families regarding behavior management strategies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA principles and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services provided.
- Assist in any additional direct hours when needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Bachelor's or Master's Degree and enrolled in graduate program working towards BCBA certification or hold a BCaBA certification
- Must hold a current RBT certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must pass background check

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
