Nu-Pipe, a specialized firm focusing on stormwater drainage pipe rehabilitation, seeks a skilled individual to join our team. As a comprehensive drainage contractor, we excel in self-performing all phases of drainage rehabilitation projects. Candidates with experience in Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) techniques are highly preferred.
Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Florida Crew at Nu-Pipe. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Develop and maintain project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies

-Communicate schedules to supervisors, foreman, and crew leaders
-Serve as Stand-In Supervisor (when someone is out). Run Clean/Cam Division

-Use and Manage Management Software, Attend Pre-Cons and Construction Meetings, Short-Term Planning
-Create daily's/Track progress/% completion
-Set up water, dumpsites, hotels, lay down yards, etc.
-Train/Onboard New Hires
-Prepare crews for Jobs/Mobs
-Enforce safety
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for informed decision-making
- Implement risk management strategies to address potential issues or obstacles proactively
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, regulations, and contractual obligations
- Contribute to program design by providing input on process improvements and best practices
-Visit Projects-In-Progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management)
-Must be efficient with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- Familiarity with lean and waterfall methodologies
- Experience using tools such as Smartsheet and Salesforce is preferred
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and practices
- Knowledge of contract management principles is a plus
