As a Gaucho we ask that each candidate must become proficient in daily protein preparation and Brazilian steakhouse cooking. Skewers of multiple different types of meat including chicken beef and shrimp are prepared prior to the restaurant opening. During business hours, candidates must be able to serve protein skewers and communicate with guests. Proficient knife skills and customer service skills are needed for this position. Part-time positions have openings.
