Scholar Athletes Leadership Academy (SALA) is a Nationally Accredited and State-Registered Private School District. SALA is (currently) comprised of three, independently accredited school campuses, offering a comprehensive 4th-12th grade specialized education and joyous learner experience. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including managing staff, students, and resources
- Serve as the senior leader of the school, representing the institution to stakeholders, parents, and the community
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement existing curriculum that meets educational standards and promotes student success
- Collaborate with athletic staff to ensure successful implementation of athletic programming
- Develop and implement initiatives to ensure the success and growth of the school
- Responsible for quaterly progress reports
- Supervise use of school resources
- Lead Open Houses and other presentations to promote the school's mission and values
- Engage in fundraising activities to support the school's programs and initiatives
Skills:

- Experience working with students in an educational setting, understanding their needs and providing support for their growth
- Proficiency in curriculum development, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices
- Willingness to lead a non-traditional learning environment by fostering individualized learning pathways and support
- Strong strategic planning skills to develop short, medium and long-term goals and objectives for the school
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead a team of educators, athletic trainers and support staff
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, inspiring others towards a common vision
- Strong public speaking and writing skills to effectively communicate with all stakeholders
