Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and assisting visitors
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Assist with data entry tasks and ensure accuracy of information
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with proofreading documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Support office management in various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
