Metro Vein Centers is actively seeking a SPANISH SPEAKING compassionate and ambitious Patient Service Representative to our dedicated team. We're looking for someone who thrives on communication and helping others, especially when it comes to booking appointments and ensuring our patients have a seamless experience. As the main point of contact for new patients, you'll be instrumental in answering questions and coordinating with various teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What You will Do:
- Engage with patients through phone (inbound and outbound), email, and text, making them feel welcomed and valued every step of the way.
- Book appointments for new patients, all while keeping patient satisfaction a top priority.
- Be the friendly voice our new patients encounter first, addressing their questions and concerns with care and understanding.
- Verify insurance details and kickstart authorization requests to make sure our patients get the care they need without any hiccups.
- Utilize electronic medical records and scheduling systems, customer relationship management platforms, as well as texting and email communication tools.
- Approach de-escalation calls with empathy and professionalism, turning concerns into resolutions with a calm demeanor.

- Ideally available Saturdays or Sundays
- Bilingual: Spanish required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in reception or call center roles
