NÜ Car Rentals is looking a full time Customer Service Agents to work primarily in the call center. The successful candidate will have a great attitude while being able to providing customer service and handling multiple tasks throughout the day. Agents will be handling phone calls for 3 rental car branches.
Full time positions offer medical benefits. Direct deposit is offered for all employees.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of a CS role includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Ability to multitask
- Able to make and receive calls throughout the shift in a timely matter
- Able to respond to emails
- Provide clear and precise communication with customers
- Maintain a polite demeanor
- Identify and resolve the issue or complaint within defined standards
- Follow current and future processes and procedures
- Follow directions with little to no supervision
- Understand a diverse range of services related to our business
Requirements
- Previous call center/help desk experience preferred
- Experience with data entry and computer knowledgeable preferred
- Experience with email
- Flexibility scheduling
- Able to work nights \ weekends \ holidays
- Able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able multi-task between responding to phone calls, emails, and various tasks
- Strong phone and listening skills
