```Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients
- Teach clients new skills and behaviors using evidence-based techniques
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective treatment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and implement new strategies and techniques
Skills:
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Familiarity with data collection methods and procedures
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans accurately and consistently
- Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with special needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in challenging situations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
