We are seeking a Back of House Facilities Associate to play a pivotal role in the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. As a key team member, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials. Your primary focus will be maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities.
In this role, you will handle a range of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, and packing and shipping products to customers. Inventory checks, accurate record-keeping, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment are essential aspects of this position. Operating facilities equipment such as pallet jacks, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations, will be part of your daily routine. Additionally, your role may involve supporting the online order picking process, stocking products in warehouse locations, and effective communication with team members.
The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in a warehouse environment being preferred. Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, strong attention to detail, and the physical ability to lift and move heavy items are crucial. Good communication skills and the flexibility to work in a team environment.
