- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- SHRM certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is required.
- A minimum of 6 to 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role or as an HR subject matter expert.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that drive organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a results-oriented approach to HR practices.
- Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ADP is required, demonstrating proficiency in leveraging these platforms for recruitment, payroll, and HR management processes.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
