Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and valued
- Efficiently manage incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
- Handle payment processing and address any billing inquiries
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and well-organized
- Provide assistance to clients seeking information about our services and products
- Organize and participate in a minimum of three off-site events per year, such as bridal shows and wellness events
- Proactively reach out to clients during slow periods to fill appointment slots and boost sales, making a specified number of cold calls per month as discussed in the monthly staff meeting. Maintain a detailed record of these calls on an Excel spreadsheet that will grow with our clientele list.
- Take responsibility for driving membership sales and achieving the goals set in the monthly staff meeting
- Monitor and meet monthly product sales goals, as outlined in the monthly staff meeting
- Support the acting manager in any tasks aimed at improving client scheduling, sales, or maintenance of the setting
- Employees will undergo a 3-month probationary period upon signing this document, after which a reevaluation will be conducted
- Direct any concerns to owner Iole Punzo and, in the absence of Iole Punzo, report to office manager Paola Silva
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
