Job Description:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, the Paid Search Specialist will drive paid search execution and optimizations for Graduation Alliance programs on a daily basis. This includes, managing our Google and Microsoft Ads accounts, while managing their budgets, creating campaigns and campaign structures. The specialist will also be responsible for reporting against KPI’s as part of our overall integrated marketing strategy. The ultimate measure of success will be driving new qualified leads and enrollments for our B2C programs.

Responsibilities:
● Oversee day-to-day acquisition efforts for paid search channels and partner with internal stakeholders to report full-funnel metrics, including CPL and CPE (cost per enrollment)
● Collaborate with Digital Marketing Director to ensure account performance is in alignment with business goals, budgets, and strategies
● Create, manage and expand campaigns across paid channels (Google, Bing) with a data-driven approach and compile insights to inform strategic decisions
● Partner with SEO team to identify relevant target keywords to reach search-specific goals and reduce Paid Search CPL
● Optimize PPC campaigns and journey throughout the funnel including channel strategy, keyword targeting, geo-targeting, copy and creative and landing page experiences
● Partner with Designer to create cohesive and on-brand ad creative to maintain ad relevance and reduce ad fatigue
● Report quickly and succinctly on campaign performance as it relates to pipeline performance and be able to make data-driven recommendations to drive revenue
● Continuously test and improve campaign creative, copy, and audience targeting to maintain campaign performance
● Ability to setup platform conversion tracking pixels in GTM and / or Unbounce
● Capacity to set deadlines and level-set expectations on multiple projects with competing priorities
● This role interfaces with all facets of the marketing team on a daily basis
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or Communication)
● 2 years’ experience in digital advertising
● Demonstrated proficiency in Google and Microsoft Ads
● Bid management platform experience i.e,, Marin or Skai
● Experience with Google Analytics, GA4 a plus
● Strong quantitative analysis and reporting skills
● Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with instruction or direction from manager
● Expertise communicating remotely via video calls, phone, email, and IM
● Capacity to adapt to new situations quickly in an ever-changing industry
● Positive, empathetic, driven, collaborative, flexible, and confident
● Experience in coordinating projects and deadlines in project management software, Jira and Asana preferred
Pluses:
● Experience in education sector
● Unbounce and Hubspot or other landing page platforms
● Google Demand Gen campaigns
