Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell our career development services to potential clients, focusing on students and recent graduates.
- Work collaboratively with our team to devise and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the education sector.
- Utilize data analysis skills to identify market trends and understand the evolving needs of students and graduates in their career journeys.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional guidance and customer service throughout their career development process.
- Strive to meet or exceed set sales targets, while contributing to the team’s overall success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a preference for candidates with a background in the education or career services industry.
- A strong grasp of data analysis and its application in market trend identification and sales strategy.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. university, ideally in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, graduates, and educational professionals.
- Autonomous work ethic, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- A proactive, results-driven approach, with a passion for empowering individuals in their educational and career pursuits.
