Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative
CoverSports is a Philadelphia manufacturer of sports field covers, windscreens, wall pads, and other protective covers. Our 150-year-old company continues to grow in sales and personnel every year. We have 170 employees, and more than half have worked here for 10+ years.
We are looking for someone to provide exceptional customer service to customers. You will be the primary point of contact between the customer and the company. The primary responsibilities include:
· Use product knowledge to assist customers with determining needs.
· Promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding products, provide quotes, and handle order entry.
· Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with other departments such as shipping, art and production, throughout the sales life cycle.
· Provide freight estimates and order status.
· Use Salesforce to manage communication with a high volume of accounts and leads.
Strongly preferred or required skills: experience with customer service, Salesforce or other CRM systems, Microsoft Office, ERP systems and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and have good time management skills.

We offer an attractive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, competitive salary, and more. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM. Salary range is between $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 depending on experience.
