Job Summary::
The candidate will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to identify and document requirements, business processes, and customer needs. The ideal candidate will create detailed documentation and facilitate communication between the stakeholders and technical team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: :
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.

Analyze current business processes, user interfaces and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Create clear and detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.

Collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes.

Support testing efforts by developing test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements and are free of defects.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience)::
- Experience with JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with project management methodologies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).

Demonstrated ability to work on concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables

Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field OR 3+ years of work experience
