At Potential Inc., we are dedicated to engaging individuals with autism in personalized programs to help them achieve their full potential. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained to support our mission of empowering those we serve.
Potential Inc.'s Repair/Maintenance Technician will be responsible for custodial and facilities-related duties as directed by the Office Manager across multiple office locations (Newtown, Levittown, Warminster) in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. You'll be responsible for performing regular maintenance tasks, ensuring cleanliness, and addressing issues promptly. We're looking for a well-rounded individual who is comfortable with a variety of tasks (ex. managing supplies and materials required for regular repair and maintenance, painting and patching walls, basic repairs to windows/doors/furniture/school van, pest management, basic cleaning and sanitization, etc.)
Working Conditions

Standard office/school/clinic environment with no particular workplace hazards

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to move quickly, bend up and down, lift, carry, push, pull, sit, stand, stoop, crouch, kneel, walk, crawl, climb

Must be able to move for up to 95% of the shift

Job Requirements

High School diploma or GED

Valid driver's license with current automobile insurance and registration and the ability to travel within the community throughout the workday with full-time access to an automobile

Available to work 30 hours per week (primarily Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend availability required for projects difficult to complete while school is in session)
