We're seeking a talented and organized Development Team Project Manager to join our growing development team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are not just delivered, but strategically aligned with company goals.
You'll be responsible for:
· Partnering closely with the CTO to define project roadmaps and ensure initiatives directly contribute to the company's strategic vision.
· Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor their progress.
· Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, breaking down complex tasks, and establishing clear timelines.
· Facilitating open communication across teams and stakeholders. Keeping everyone informed on project progress, roadblocks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and other departments.
· Empowering your development team to thrive. Creating a collaborative and supportive environment where individuals can excel.
· Tracking project metrics, identifying trends, and generating reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
· Staying current with the latest project management methodologies and technology to optimize workflows and efficiency.
We're looking for someone who:
· Has 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a software development environment.
· Possesses excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling challenges head-on.
· Is a data enthusiast who can translate metrics into actionable insights.
· Has a strong work ethic and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Bonus points for:
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
· Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
· Familiarity with project management tools (Monday, Asana, Trello).
· A passion for building and supporting high-performing teams, particularly within the tech industry.
