Moeller Aerospace is seeking a highly organized individual to join our team in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Receive, count, and accurately record stock items. Verify inventory by comparing physical counts to records and investigate discrepancies.
- Stock Handling: Pack and unpack items for stocking on shelves in various storage locations. Store items in an orderly manner based on environmental factors and facility capabilities.
- Labeling and Maintenance: Mark stock items with identification tags and maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations in storage areas.
- Inspection and Reporting: Examine stock items for defects and report damage to supervisors. Keep records of stock use and damage.
- Support and Guidance: Provide assistance and direction to other workers in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency; experience with ERP systems preferred, with Syteline experience as a plus.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic shop math functions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Forklift Certification: Certified or ability to become certified upon hire.
- Wages: $20 per hour
