Job Summary:
The client service associate is an entry-level support role to support the client account management team. Your responsibilities include preparing client reports, administering client date gathering and maintenance, scheduling client meetings, responding to administrative client queries and supporting the advisors on the team.
Duties:
- Manage client accounts and build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for account growth
- Utilize the CRM tools to track client interactions and analyze data
- Support project management initiatives related to client service Assisting in client onboarding, with evolving participation in additional client meetings.
- Identifying opportunities to improve our client service processes.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service
- A Bachelor's degree or an Associates degree with experience.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of financial services is a plus.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary based on experience in the range of $48,000 - $75,000 plus performance bonuses.
