We are looking to hire a customer service minded individual to fill the role of Receptionist in the Louisville, KY area. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, and for the administrative needs of the property. The Receptionist will be required to complete all duties fully and professionally to ensure that the property remains in compliance with all fair housing and equal opportunity housing guidelines.

Job Type:* Full-time (40 hours per week).

Work Schedule:* 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

Compensation:* $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications*/Requirements:
- Previous office, administrative or customer service experience.
- Some experience in affordable housing is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Effectively communicates with staff, residents, vendors and other individuals.
- Excellent customer service skills and able to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
- Ability to travel to Lexington for training.
