Practice Hospitality is seeking a hospitable and friendly Guest Service Agent to join the team at the Mining Exchange Hotel & Spa.
About The Hotel
Mining Exchange Hotel & Sap was built in 1902 as a stock exchange for local mining companies, The Mining Exchange Hotel & Spa offers a one-of-a-kind experience in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. Our elegant, yet casual public spaces, and guestrooms are all newly renovated.
Job Role
The Spa Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of guest services for all spa treatments, spa related activities, programs and spa retail. Responsible for upkeep and cleanliness of all common spaces of the spa.
Responsibilities:

Books all spa services in Spa Soft accurately.
- Completes all opening and closing duties as scheduled.
- Possess a thorough understanding of all spa services offered
- Maximizes revenue by strategically scheduling services and offering enhancements as appropriate.
- Promptly responds to all emails and voicemails
- Coordinates special requests with spa therapists and spa director as needed.
- Assist with all areas of cleanliness of spa
- Removes soiled linens and brings fresh linens to the spa as needed
- Folds and stocks linens as needed.
- Promptly greet guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Become familiar with guest names and acknowledges them by name
- Serves each guest on a one-to-one basis with utmost courtesy
- Personalize all services and anticipates guest requests whenever possible
- Constantly displays outstanding communication and guest relation skills
- Merchandising of retail product to include displaying, straightening and dusting of products
- Demonstrates a professional attitude in all interactions with guests, hotel staff and vendors
- Maintain a cooperative attitude in working with management and fellow team members
- Adheres to all Mining Exchange Hotel and Spa standards, procedures and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Spa experience preferred
- Strong team player
- Computer literate using windows-based programs
High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
