About the Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will perform project scheduling, budgeting, supervision, quality control, direct work activities of all workers, communicate, schedule, and meet customer expectations and communications. Your experience and understanding will help our customers. You will exercise your communication skills, as there may be times when you will need to discuss realistic and attainable expectations with the customers and the insurance company. Additionally, your leadership and management skills will be displayed; you will meet and consult with customers and provide the necessary means to meet the customers’ expectations. Essentially, you are part of a team to ensure the customer is taken care of on time, on budget, and in a quality workman-like manner. On the Showcase Restoration project team, you will get the opportunity to help manage the Construction and Re-Construction process. To succeed in the Showcase Restoration environment, your skill set will transcend beyond traditional project management, where you will have a vital role in our operations. Here are a few things that we believe are needed for someone to be successful in this rewarding position:
- The ability to ensure eligibility, health, and safety of our employees, vendors, subs and customers on the job site.
- The flexibility to manage multiple customers and communicate with the customer on a weekly or daily basis.
- Budget and schedule construction and/or restoration work to be completed within a strict structure timeline.
- The ability to manage the building of 5 homes and close them within 30 days of each other.
- Able to read blueprints and understand everything written within the prints.
- A proven record of construction knowledge and the ability to consult and produce the documents needed to complete the work.
- The capacity to exercise persistence and kindness when working with customers.

Pay: $1,150.00 - $1,350.00 per week
