**Job Summary:**
The Performing Arts Connection, a leading dance and performing arts school for children, teenagers, and adults, is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Host to join our dynamic team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our students, parents, and staff.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about our programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with guest relations, ensuring a positive experience for all who enter the school.
- Collaborate with the team to support various administrative tasks as needed.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
