The Climate Equity & Impact team is hiring! Key Responsibilities
- Input data entry of job completions in timely fashion to align with funding source monthly accrual process.
- Generate, and track queries to address problematic data identified during data review activities and apply proper modification/correction to the database.
- Coordinate status of job payments with Climate Equity and Impact Business Operations team.
- Ensure high quality utility program data and billing systems work.
- Gather and input data for funding source reporting processes.
- Create applications within funding source software for service data entry.
- Ensure internal job completions are accounted for each month with respect to funding source accrual process.
- Work with managers and Business Operations teams to track in-process & completed projects, as well as payments.
- Prepare complete and accurate reports using eAssist in preparation for Assistant Director of Fiscal Services.
- Submit exported complete reports from eAssist into funding source systems.
- Oversee the daily quality control of all areas.
- Coordinate with Business Solutions Specialist and communicate when reporting and invoices are sent to funding source.
- Attend and participate in departmental, organization-wide and other meetings as needed.
- Liaise with partner organizations and vendors to ensure timely reporting and processing of invoices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and 1 to 3 years of professional work experience required.
- Experience in energy efficiency is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate/Advanced Excel is a requirement) including Microsoft Access with a solid understanding of SQL.
- Confident self-starter; ability to prioritize, juggle multiple deadlines and projects.
Ability to troubleshoot, design, implement, and manage systems that contribute to an efficient working environment.
- Flexibility, initiative, and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to deal sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse economic and cultural backgrounds.
