Job Title:
Primary Job Objectives:
- Ensure sound and efficient operation by performing various administrative tasks, including but not limited to, logistics operation, sales support, and general administrative duties.
- Meet and exceed clients’ expectations for on-time delivery.
- Uphold uninterrupted operation by supporting the direct supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- PO receiving, updating, and communicating with relevant parties.
- Updating Inventory Status and communicating with the headquarters.
- Coordinating the scheduled inventory audits to prevent and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Updating inbound & outbound Master List.
- Coordinating and scheduling the overall inbound and outbound schedules with relevant parties, including but not limited to, freight forwarders, freight brokers, trucking company, and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Preparing shipping documents and labels, verifying documentation and loading images, and communicating with headquarters and customers as needed.
- Placing an order for warehouse & office supplies in a timely manner, keeping their inventories.
- Bookkeeping and overall accounting duties as assigned.
- Coordinating other logistics, sales support, and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Adherence to corporate quality, health & safety standards, processes, policies, practices, and instructions.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized office space.
- Other data entry tasks and Ad hoc assignments as required.

- High level of attention to accuracy and detail.
- Analytical thought process with problem solving mindset.
- Clear and effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Adapts easily to changes and new challenges.
- Work cooperatively and professionally with others at all levels within the organization, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Previous administrative experience highly preferred.
- Must pass background check and drug test.
- Advanced computer & data-entry skills using Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel required.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $41,600.00 - $46,000.00 per year
