Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with clients to achieve business objectives.
Duties:
- Manage and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales performance and analyze data
- Identify market trends and opportunities to maximize sales potential
- Oversee account management activities to maintain strong customer relationships
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach
- Lead outside sales efforts to acquire new customers and grow the client base
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing a successful sales team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for sales tracking
- Demonstrated expertise in account management and business development
- Experience in outside sales with a track record of acquiring new clients

Pay: $129,427.98 - $155,870.27 per year
