Job Summary
Capitol Bridge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Manager to join our team. This is a remote position offering a competitive salary of $90,000 per year. The WFM Manager will be responsible for overseeing workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management to ensure optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage WFM strategies to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Create and maintain accurate forecasts and staffing models based on historical data, trends, and business requirements
- Oversee the scheduling process to ensure appropriate coverage and resource allocation
- Monitor real-time performance and adjust as needed to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide regular reports and analysis on workforce performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field required
- Proven experience in workforce management required, preferably in a remote environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in workforce management software and tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
