(Personal) Administrative Assistant
Summary
Our company is searching for a well-organized, reliable, and task-oriented Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will report to the Senior Executive Administrator (Megan Davis) but perform tasks assigned by his/her manager and at the request of the Chief Administrative Officer/Owner (CAO) and will be responsible for performing several administrative duties, including both work-related (and personal for the Owner). The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Location
Greater Ft. Lauderdale area meeting with owner 1-2 days a week, WFH rest of time. Role requires local tasks thus must be located within this area.
Qualifications and Skills
· 2+ years’ work related experience and at least some experience of working as an Assistant
· Able to take direction and following directions
· Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information
· Uphold a strict level of confidentiality while maintaining a high level of professionalism amongst staff
· Excellent social skills, able to operate with diplomacy, tact, and empathy
· A high degree of personal organization and self-management
· Comfortable when working to tight deadlines, and able to turn work around within a short time span where demands are liable to change at short notice
· Friendly and professional demeanor
· Notary public a plus
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, software, etc.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5
p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Potential Travel on infrequent occasions.
Required Education and Experience
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Able to concentrate on multiple problems/tasks at once and effectively manage them
· Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
· Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Preferred Education and Experience
· College Degree (minimum Associate’s 2-year degree, Bachelor degree preferred)
