Position : Property Manager
Location : Chicago, IL
Type : Direct Hire (Hybrid)
REQUIREMENT
· Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property management with a focus on team building skills.
· Proven experience in staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation are all requirements.
· Experience in vendor relations, and the ability to cultivate and negotiate new vendor relationships and contracts.
· Experience in customer relationship skills with property owners and tenants.
· Knowledge of fair housing, local and state landlord and HOA regulations laws.
· Must have outstanding organizational skills.
· Prepare and deliver notices as needed.
· Must have a strong attention to detail.
· Marketing and Leasing Rental Units
· Proficient in computer software.
· Proficient knowledge in Property management software
· Computer Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Microsoft Teams
· CRM software
· Experience in affordable housing programs
· Bi-lingual English and Spanish is preferred.
· Financial Management
· Develop and manage property budgets,
· Ensuring financial goals are met.
· Monitor rent collection, expenses, and financial reports.
· Work with accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
