Wade Incorporated is proud to partner with Northwest Community College (NWCC) in Senatobia, MS and John Deere to support the John Deere Ag Tech Associate Degree program. Through a degree sponsorship with Wade Incorporated, students acquire the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the John Deere dealership of the future.
How it works:
While attending school, students have a part-time position at Wade Incorporated so you can not only earn while you learn, but, more importantly, apply the concepts you are learning in school to real-world situations. Your time at the dealership is spent performing technical work under the supervision of an experienced Service Technician. At NWCC, you also learn on John Deere equipment, use John Deere resources and receive their core certifications as part of your two-year program.

Schedule:

Application Question(s):
- Are you aware that this is a 2-year college education program? You will attend college to obtain an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences. You will be out of the workforce for 2 years. Once you graduate, you will be a certified John Deere Service Technician who is capable of working on diesel engines & other components for all agricultural machinery.

- Driver's License (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Mississippi: Relocate before starting work (Required)
