ABOUT THIS ROLE
This position sits within our US consulting practices. It is a mid-level, client-facing role focused on the design and creation of high-quality consulting deliverables.
Key responsibilities include marketing and sales data analysis, account insight development, go-to-market planning and production of consulting deliverables such as ABM account plans, buyer profiles, value propositions, messaging and multi-channel engagement plans.
To be successful in this role, you’ll be confident and ready to advance your skills and open to coaching from and collaboration with senior GTM strategists, consultants, and advisors. You’ll be comfortable speaking in front of more senior colleagues and clients with a logical rationale to support your point of view.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
High-quality research & consulting delivery

Conduct rigorous market and industry research to underpin all consulting deliverables.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop buyer profiles and personalized value propositions tailored to client needs.
GTM program delivery & optimization

Collaborate with senior strategists to design and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
- Contribute to the production and refinement of ABM account plans and multi-channel engagement strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented strategies, suggesting improvements and optimizations based on performance data.
Client satisfaction & delivery excellence

Ensure the highest quality in all deliverables, adhering to client specifications and consulting standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by delivering consistent value and responsive service.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating insights and strategic recommendations.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years experience in B2B marketing strategy, consulting, or as a B2B marketing practitioner, such as a B2B agency strategist, associate management consultant, or client-side marketer.
- Skilled in using modern consulting tools and technologies for virtual meetings, data discovery, and analysis. Familiar with MarTech and SalesTech platforms, understanding their application in supporting GTM strategies.
- Proven ability in developing and delivering B2B marketing strategies, account-based marketing plans, and related project deliverables. Demonstrated capability to manage projects to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.
SALARY RANGE
$75,000 - $110,000
