Job Title: Accounting Admin Assistant and Customer Service Support
Reporting to: Office Manager
Hours & Location: 5 Days per week – (Monday-Friday 8.45 am-5.15 pm), with ½ hour lunch. Nottingham PA 19362

Dubarry USA LLC (DUSA) is a subsidiary of Dubarry of Ireland (Est.1937), a Premium Performance Lifestyle, Footwear, Clothing and Accessory Brand.
DUSA has been responsible since 2006 for growing Dubarry’s US market. Our role includes import, warehousing, direct to consumer sales, wholesale, marketing, and customer service. Our small fast-paced team is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrative and Customer Service Support Assistant to support the Office Manager in our US operation with 4 staff members in our PA location and 5 remote team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivable
- Expense coding and entry
- Receiving incoming sales and customer service calls
- Event booking support
- Event tax cert and insurance compliance
- Event POS system administration
- Event sales reconciliation and sales uploads
- Accounts payable
- Inventory system administration support
- Aiding in the production of periodic reporting
- Sales tax returns
- Other administrative support tasks as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
This is a varied role that is suited to a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys interacting with customers by phone.
- A minimum of 2 years administrative and 1 year customer service experience.
- Must have experience in data entry and reconciliation process.
- You will be self-motivated and possess the ability to plan and undertake projects within a timeframe.
- Excellent computer skills and be particularly proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Previous experience with Financial and Point of sale software packages is essential.
- An ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with some background in a customer facing environment a bonus.
- You will have knowledge of business to business practices or other professional sales environment.
Compensation
Salary Range: $40,000 to $44,000 /year (dependent upon on experience).
Health Insurance Benefits, 401K with 3% employer contribution, 10 days paid leave with additional days earned over time of employment + Paid Sick leave.
