Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a UX/Accessibility Analyst with Federal Experience. The UX/Accessibility Analyst will be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing user feedback, and designing user interfaces that meet accessibility standards. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the usability and accessibility of digital products and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- User research and usability testing experience
- Experience in designing user interfaces that meet accessibility standards
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices, including WCAG 2.0/2.1
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Federal accessibility guidelines and standards
- Experience working with Federal clients is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $85,915.35 - $103,467.95 per year
