We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Commissioning Manager (Structural, piping and mechanical) to join our team. In this positon, you will lead a team of commissioning engineers and technologists, who work closely with cross-functional teams within our company and our industry-leading clients to successfully drive projects to completion. Your responsibilities will include creating and overseeing project commissioning plans and resources, mentoring and training commissioning teams, collaborating with project stakeholders, and ensuring customer excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of facility commissioning . This includes:
- Overseeing the entire commissioning project lifecycle while working closely with our Project Management Office (PMO) and engineering teams to commission systems/plants at our factory and customer sites.
- Engaging in comprehensive commissioning planning, encompassing budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and procedure/standard development for factory and site commissioning.
- Implementing standardized and efficient commissioning processes while enhancing our cutting-edge industrial desalination and resource recovery plants.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality system/plant commissioning and ensure a seamless handover to customers (international travel will be required).
- Bring forward design feedback, driving continuous improvement and innovation within our engineering teams.
You will be a great fit if you have:

- Ability to legally work in USA.
- 7-15 years of relevant working experience as an engineer in an industrial setting, particularly in the backend of commissioning, turnover, project delivery, or handover.
- Willingness to travel internationally without restrictions, as the role may require on-site commissioning support for projects located around the world.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality commissioning work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Proficiency and hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical commissioning, process control commissioning, and field commissioning.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards for mechanically and electrically energized systems.
- Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure our practices are compliant with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills, adept in risk management, and an excellent troubleshooting mindset.
- Successful managerial experience in developing, growing, and managing the team.

- Bonus: experience leading a technical commissioning team at a factory or job site.
Project: 3- 6 Months with possibility of extension.
Location: North Carolina, USA. On site.
10 h/day Monday-Friday. Per diem provided
