Caregiver
Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in their home
- Assist individual with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and meal preparation
- Implement individualized care plans and ensure the well-being and safety of client
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents to promote their independence and personal growth
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life
- Document resident progress, behaviors, and incidents accurately and timely
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of resident rights and HIPAA regulations
- First aid and CPR certification is required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent

Your responsibilities may include...
- Establish trust and rapport with client and family during hours of care.
- Promote open communication and relay relevant information between the family and Special Sitters.
- Enhance growth and development through varied forms of sensory, physical and perceptual activities.
- Provide safe and injury free care while in the home.
- Adhere to universal precautions to prevent the spread of infection.
- Follow client care plan.
