Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through new business development and maintaining existing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
Skills:
-Must have Window & Door Experience
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, and negotiation
- Strong market knowledge and the ability to analyze sales data to drive decision-making
- Experience in outside sales and technical sales is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
