Qualifications Include:
- 3+ year recent, relevant experience in a helpdesk role providing PC support.
- Working knowledge of systems hardware, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices
- Working knowledge of layer 1 and layer 2 switching
- Office 365 Support and understand Active Directory
- O365 Admin
- Preferred certifications: A+, Network +, Windows Desktop
- Preferred work experience: Managed Service Provider or Helpdesk
- Preferred systems experience: ConnectWise suite (Manage, Automate, Control), Meraki, Windows 10/11
- Strong critical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
- Comfortable multi-tasking
- Comfortable with being the main point of contact for IT support at the local auction.

A successful Onsite Support Technician will be able to:
- Troubleshoot the following:
- Hardware problems on desktop computers
- Routine desktop/laptop and basic network problems
- Routine smartphone and tablet problems
- Windows Desktops/Laptops (Windows 10 and Windows 11)
- Windows Servers (2012 to current)
- Audio / Visual systems for the auction
- Install and configure desktop operation systems.
- Provide basic support for Mac laptops and desktops.
- Administer basic network devices and hardware print servers.
- Administer handheld registration devices.
- Administer Audio / Visual equipment used during the auction
- Perform routine maintenance on all technical equipment used in the auction process, including computers, peripherals, audiovisual systems, sound systems, networking equipment, and other relevant equipment.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of vital equipment (i.e. cameras, speakers, TVs, network devices, etc)
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and spare equipment
- Assist in the planning and execution of upgrades to technical systems and equipment to enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance.
- Keep detailed records of line of business processes and any other relevant information to facilitate future troubleshooting and planning.
- Learn about and work on new software products.
- Work collaboratively with Auto Auction Holding’s existing support team.
- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
