CORE-CSI is a small business headquartered in Sterling, VA. We provide trusted and results-oriented expertise to the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, and other Federal and Commercial customers across the US.
LOCATION: Hybrid / Remote VA-DC-MD candidates are preferred.
CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT: US Citizen
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Functionally, the candidate will be responsible for: Day-to-Day Operations:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all Core-CSI employees and vendors.
- Helps Core-CSI management for identifying business development opportunities and reaches additional expansion opportunities.
- Assists company leadership to capture and update financial management.
- Job Posting and resume sourcing in Federal and Dept of Defense Customers and ensuring HRIS Portal is up to date.
- Recruiting Coordination with vendors, establishes automation for onboarding.
- Supporting recruitment by scheduling interviews and background checks and working with FSO for Security clearance validation coordination.
- Assisting with I9 verifications, benefits, employee relations, and new hire orientation and supporting employees in completing state and federal tax forms as needed.
- Manage payroll and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all payroll-related activities.
- Assist with client benefits, including open enrollments, renewals, changes, and terminations for benefits programs, including medical, life, dental, disability, and 401k.
- Prepares Contingent Offer Letter, Letter of Intent, and NDA and maintains Core-CSI Policies and Template.
- Captures weekly status reports from team leads and project managers
- Sends out new hire survey and exit interview survey and analyzes data. Sends to HR Manager monthly.
- Maintains company website and social presence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related scientific /technical discipline.
- Federal and Government project management experience is a huge plus.
- Required 3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in the Government contracting industry.
- MS Office, SharePoint, Paylocity HRIS Experience is a huge plus

Pay: Up to $65,845.00 per year
