Assistant Construction Coordinator Responsibilities & Requirements
- Answer phone calls for new job losses and assign to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Build selection sheets.
- Read and understand scopes, Xactimate and Insurance Estimates
- Manage details of multiple projects.
- Adhere to both budgetary and time constraints.
- Ability to import notes, uploading documents and pictures, etc.
- Responsible for obtaining required documents for each job from the team’s respective Project Coordinator.
- Create and maintain complete and accurate physical production files.
- Attend team and divisional meetings.
- Collections after project is complete.
- Report on progress and challenges.
- Experience in construction preferred.
- Strong business and communication skills.
