Duties:
- Administer / Set up medications and / or provide treatments as prescribed by a physician
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Follow aseptic technique to prevent infection
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana
- Valid RN License in the state of Indiana
- Experience with durable medical equipment (DME)
- Ability to accurately document patient information in medical records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
