Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about our services, address customer inquiries, and ensure a positive client experience.
Salary range: $18.50 to $28.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding BrandySphere's services, pricing, and promotions.
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines during customer interactions.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
