Account Executive
TriComB2B, a globally recognized agency for business-to-business (B2B) marketing and communications, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Account Executive.

Who you are:
We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about B2B marketing and the clients we serve. Account Executives act as points of contact for our clients. They build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships, always striving to develop the best marketing strategies for the individual needs of each client. They aid internal departments by documenting essential information for project execution, connecting team members with client subject matter experts, and providing guidance on deliverables. They also stay abreast of industry and marketing trends.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, technological and problem-solving skills. They should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Basic responsibilities:
- Keep up-to-date client billing records.
- Provide updates on tasks as required.
- Comply with project/task deadlines.
- Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.
- Focus on superior client service levels.
- Document and report issues, trends and suggested improvements.
- Follow the direction of direct supervisor, client or client lead.
- Assist client or team with a variety of needs.
- Prepare, update and utilize training materials and other resources as needed.
- Proactively seek out additional responsibilities as capacity allows.
- Act as liaison between client team and external suppliers as needed for project execution.

- Manage client accounts.

- Coordinate the day-to-day responsibilities as needed.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies with the execution of client programs and campaigns.
- Ensure project budgets are on track and within scope.
- Cultivate and lead the development of client proposals, projects scopes, and new business opportunities or service lines.
- Define project scopes, develop proposals, and present to clients.
- Delegate the day-to-day responsibilities as needed.
- Identify areas for account growth and create opportunity strategies.
Advanced skills:
- Abilities to evaluate, maintain, cultivate and secure both new business and existing client opportunities.
- Abilities to collect, track and analyze large amounts of data, and research and develop insights related to trends.
- Willingness and ability to mentor professional growth of lower-level team members.
- Ability to foster solid relationships with clients and other team members.

Key responsibilities and skills:

Experience:
- 3+ years of marketing experience.
- 3+ years of team account support.
- 1-2 years of account management experience.
- 1-2 years of current B2B experience (preferred).
- In lieu of preferred education, relevant work experience will be considered.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
