Job purpose
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives who sell Image Skincare products and services to existing and potential customers. They will oversee the daily operations of the Inside Sales department, including setting and monitoring sales goals, coaching and training staff, providing feedback and performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Inside Sales Manager also collaborates with other departments, such as Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, and Education, to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions that increase customer loyalty and retention, generate new leads, and grow revenue.
Duties and responsibilities
· Lead the team to ensure support of Inside Sales territories with a focus to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, whether territory is an established Inside territory or coverage for a vacant BDM territory.
· Ensure that the Inside Sales team follows the company's sales process, policies, and procedures, and adheres to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer service.
· Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions in collaboration with other departments to successfully generate new leads and grow revenue.
· Analyze sales data and trends, and identify opportunities and challenges for the Inside Sales team, and provide solutions and recommendations.
· Ensure the department and employees are upholding and practicing the core Values of the company
· Maintain and lead Inside Sales team concentrating on individual sales productivity along with meeting quotas, objectives and goals.
· Prepare all relevant reports with respect to inside sales department.
· Prepare report on monthly sales commissions on scheduled time.
· Gather data, evaluate information and present feedback to Inside Sales Reps for increasing performance, overall productivity and skill sets.
· Monitor and oversee weekly team meetings as well as help team activities.
· Identify and monitor strengths plus weaknesses of all Inside Sales Reps, create plans for improvement and coach to succeed.
· Interact effectively and conduct effectual sales strategies, tactics along with closing skills.
· Handle all multiple assignments in fast paced atmosphere.
· Ensure department and company policies are being adhered to at all times and documenting all nonperformance incidents
· Monitoring inbound and outboard calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track performance
· Handle escalated and management calls and ensure proper handling of concerns through to completion
· Monitor and maintain payroll time sheets, time off approval, PTO Approvals, overtime schedules and adherence to company attendance policy
· Ensure management is aware of all outstanding and escalated issues for all customers
· Participate in recruiting and hiring of all inside sales representatives
· Onboard and train new hires
· Understand the customer service process, possible back up when needed
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree within a related field of Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
· 5+ years Successful prior Inside Sales direct sales and Coaching experience required.
· Licensed esthetic or cosmetology professional preferred but not required
· Prior skincare or Consumes Goods experience preferred but not required
Qualifications include:
· Minimum of 5 years successful supervisory experience
· Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
· Strong working knowledge and ability to demonstrate and coach using a Client Management System (such as Salesforce or Pepperi) required.
· Must have exceptional interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills

Working conditions
Position is located in South FL. Will be hybrid but must be flexible to work onsite 3-5 days/week whenever needed.
Physical requirements
· Ability to sit for long periods of time
· Ability to move around the call center floor periodically throughout the day
