We are a floral boutique in Old Town Clovis, known for our creative designs and exceptional customer service! We are seeking an upbeat Lead Florist with a passion for flowers and design to join our team.
This position requires availability Monday through Saturday and offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and arrange large volume of stunning floral displays.
- Serve every customer with a positive, friendly, and professional tone.
- Set up displays and arrangements for weddings & special events.
- Deliver floral arrangements to customers if required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 year floral work experience
- Must provide photos/portfolio of your floral work
- Ability to design both traditional and contemporary arrangements.
- Be comfortable speaking up when you see an issue while preserving the positive work culture.
- Be comfortable receiving regular performance feedback
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work on some Saturdays.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Compensation
- We compensate based on contribution with bonuses provided based on customer tips and individual and overall shop performance
